When you or your homeowners contact us for any reason, we will respond quickly, with the level of courtesy and professionalism you expect from a leading community management company.

Regular property inspections are performed by Community Manager’s to ensure adherence to the Rules and Regulations and CC&R’s of the community. Landscape walks are also scheduled with the landscape vendor and/or Board or Committee Members on a regular basis. Customer support staff manage calls, emails and faxes from Homeowners regarding maintenance issues in the Association.

J&W Management has a conference room for Board of Director or Committee meetings at no cost to the Association. Many communities do not have meeting facilities so our meeting room is an available alternative to renting a meeting room.

We offer services throughout the Coachella Valley
